Skills, Competencies and Responsibilities 

Staff and Enroller Required Skills and Competencies:

•           Must have high ethical standards.

•           Must have current E & O insurance in force.

•           Demonstrate a track record of prior successful

             relationships in similar enrollments.

•           Must demonstrate a strong understanding of

             “core” and “voluntary Benefits”.

•           Must demonstrate a strong understanding of

             “benefit communications” and FSA’s.

•           Must demonstrate an understanding of the

             enrollment process.

•           Must possess apositive mental attitude.

•           Must display a professional manner and

             appearance.

•           Need excellent sales and negotiation skills

•           Public speaking and group meeting experience

            desirable.

•           Must process a strong personal initiative; able

             to multitask and work independently.

•           Must be detail oriented.

•           Must have strong communications, 

            organizational,customer service and

            relationship management skills.

•           Must have the ability to interact with diverse

             personalities and respect diversity.

•           Need to demonstrate the ability to problem solve.

•           Must have solid computer skills.

Staff and Enroller Responsibilities:

•           To always act in the best interest of Worksite

             Resources, LLC and their carriers, clients, and

             policyholders.

•           Must meet or exceed productivity standards

            (to be determined).

•           Must meet all insurance regulatory certification

             requirements.

•           Must provide accurate and timely feedback

             regarding enrollment initiatives and results.

•           Participate in meetings and conference calls

             relating to your assigned projects within

             Worksite Resources and its partners and their

             clients.

•           Must exemplify the core values of Worksite

             Resources.
